Default 90 accourd clutch fork

I just got a new clutch and flywheel and installed it my self. Everything is put back together, I hope correctly. However is seems that the clutch fork is stuck in the extended position, as if the slave cylinder is pushing it. But it isn't, in fact it isn't even bleed yet. Has anyone come across anything like this?

you can move the fork by hand, but when you release it tends to stay extended. I'm kinda at a loss here. Thanks
