I figured this wouldn't fit into just one car forum so.....I just saw this adverstisment and was just curious if anyone has tried this stuff???

It sounds to good to be true to me and I wouldn't trust it in my Saburban much less my prelude....so....any guinea pigs?

Thanks for the looking out...I use to use that stuff on my old car.

 

It says it increase bearing wear twice as fast.I spun a rod bearing when i was using that stuff.Ohh well i'll never know if thats the cause or not.

I can't believe that ALL of the auto parts stores around here STILL sell ZMax. I tell everyone I know who ever mentions additives to me about the FTC report to which you have a link.

It's amazing how some people swear by this product, though. When I worked for a quick-lube a customer was raving about how well it worked. It just goes to show how little people car about and/or pay attention to their car.
