hi lads
will a b16a transmission fit a ZC block?
Also is it possible to put a b16a/b18c head on this block?
A friend of mine bought A EF3 civic and needs to know what is compitable with it.

The ZC is in the D series family of motors, so only D series trannies fit it and as far as i know no head will swap on to that block. Well that is if it the DOHC block that you're talking about. The SOHC can be used for the mini me head swaps since that motor is basically the same as the D16A6 in the 88-91 civic EX/si and CRX si.

You can use any 88+ D series tranny. Only a DOHC ZC or D16A1 head.
