Default yes another idle problem thread!

ok here is the story i blew up my b16 because i didnt upgrade my valvetrain with the buddy club 3+ and had it totally rebuilt the shop put in springs/retatiners so that wont be a problem now..so i get it all together and starts up and runs perfect for the first 150 miles or more and now my idle problem is back.. i had this problem before i blew it up 2 and i had the timing fixed which made it better. my timing is perfect i cleaned to icv etc....i cant figure it out..i dont have any leaks either. it jumps from 1-1400k. could my timing have slipped a tooth? or do u think i need to get my hondata in and tune the air/fuel to straighten it out. the car runs amazing after i get going...this is pissing me off please help i searched for hours already and every thread is the same about this and i did everything they said in it...

i had a shitty high idle recently,
replaced my throttlebody gasket and it was fixed.

the gasket looked fine too which was wierd, but it was old..
