Clutch faulty?

Clutch faulty?
I have my clutch depress all the way. But when i try to launch at redline, my clutch actually started to catch so i cant' launch at redline. What might cause this to happen?
...Can it be a defeative PP..But it's weird cause it's a ACT clutch...have anyone experience a new clutch get defeative?
