Default yellow and black wires

Im not sure if where to post this so i am going to try here and see if i can get some help on this. I placed in a 00 D16Y8 into my EK hatch and have so wires that were cut on the harness which is for the same year. they are yellow and black wires for the clips that go to the fuel injectors im just wondering if these anre constant power wires or if they need to be hooked up like they were originally.

the yellow/black wires to the injectors are ignition power from the main relay. Connecting them the way they were would be the best bet. But connecting directly to the output of the main relay is always an option... especially if you're remaking the harness or simply making your own harness.
