WTF: Field sfc-vtec

I have a JDM ITR and with the Field SFC-VTEC, my speed limiter is still there, it still cuts out.... I thought it was suppose to remove the limiter?

1) why do you need to go 120mph+
2) i thought it was an apexi VAFC

Check the dip switch settings, i'm pretty sure you have to have switch 8 down and switch 7 up to have the limiter disabled. Or the other way around.
