would this happen!

ok if my spedometer is not working on my crx with b16a, would that cause me to throw code 21. cause if your spedo dont work you get no vtec? so could that be my code 21 culprit?

i dont think it would, i think its just something with your solenoid, ive not had my speed sensor it doesnt pop up 21

if the speedo doesnt work then it wont engage vtec on a stock ecu. code 21 is is the vtec solinoid
