Would CTR slugs in a stock ls be worth it?
My roommate has a stock b18b going in his hatch and we figured we would make it a little more "peppy"
before we put the motor in. I know the ctr pistons would give a CR around 11.4:1 in the ls. how well would that do on 91 octane? would it make a nice worthwile difference in the motor?

yes. well it depends what else you are gonna do to it. but upping the compression is well worth it. because it will give up some ponies. especialy because when you do any thing else the increase is more than on the same engine with lower compression. also if those pistons can handle more hp and torque than your stock ones which im sure they can, you can boost higher or squeez more. peace out
deffinatly go for CTR pistons on the LS engine
.......throw in some crower or crane cams in there also and it will go pretty damn good!
