WOT problem...... NEED HELP!!!!!!
ok i have a problem and had been disscussing it with other people on different forums about what it could be...
so now i am going to post it on here and hopefully see what more honda techs can help me out with....
Well i have been having this problem with my car for about 5-6 months now, and i am getting frustrated already...
I Already know some people are going to say what is wrong with it, so i am going to let yall know what things ive changed and did to car already...
But i will explain the problem of what it is doing first...
My car doesnt go past 5200-5400rpms at WOT but, if i only step on it about half ways it will go past the 5200-5400rpms..
Now what i have on my car is a T3T4 hybrid turbo which i just got from yes "egay" (i know its cheap, but i ran another one before for about two years and didnt have no problem with it) also has a new waste gate, some 480cc injectors and a base map chipped ecu for my motor, which is a d16a6 bottom end with a d16z6 head (mini me).
So what i have changed from what alot of people have tried telling me was from some 450cc injectors i got the 480cc injectors, tried another walbro 255 fuel pump, changed my head gasket, tried the map, the tps, and the iacv sensors...
tried puttin it on time again but its right on the dot along with a new timing belt.. i put a new fuel filter, gas lines and new cold spark plugs... i also tried to see if my jumper was messed up since im running an obd2a to obd1 jumper to a p28 ecu... Oh and i did try another ecu, and a chip...
Also have to say that the motor harness im running is an obd2a automatic that was converted to std with no vtec, guy who had it before me wired vtec straight to ecu...
On another note, i did take the turbo setup off and put all stock stuff on with stock header and stock injectors, and took out the chip to run the stock p28 ecu for it and still bogged out at 4200-4500rpms...
So now i am stuck and dont know what the damn problem is...
If someone can plz help me or give me some advise to what i can possibly do next id appreciate it...
THANKS.....

ok guys a new day has gone past and i have new info on what my car has been doing...
first off i just went to my friend so he could weld on a bung for my o2 sensor till we ran into a problem...
when i turned on my car then shut it off i had found out that my fuel pressure just dropped rather than having pressure...
so i just took off my adj. fpr put on a stock one, (mind you that i had it running about 45psi as it was on idle) and put the liquid filled psi gauge where the fuel filter is...
right when i turned my keys twice then turned it off it had pressure, BUT when i turned ON my car i found out my pressure was at 70psi at idle...
NOW, can someone tell me why am i gettin a reading of 70psi????
and yes i know now its a fuel problem, as to something happed very wrong....
i thought it would have been a good idea to drive it home as to nothing seemed wrong at my friend, started right up, sounding nice, no sputtering, drove good no hessitation, then when i got home my car shut off and didnt wanna turn back on... (probably from it being flooded).. so thats my new problem now...

so i found out the problem to my car not starting back up, my friend had took a wire out from the distributor and i forgot to put it back in causing the igniter to go out..
so i had to take it apart n put new internals in it..
once i put it back on then started up my car it turned on, BUT my psi was still at 70...
SO WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT?????

You've got a blockage somewhere in your fuel system. It's increasing pressure and decreasing top-end flow. It'll be a pain in the *** finding it- good luck.
well i finally found out my answer to my problem..
i know some of you all might say i should have checked that in the first place, but how was i suppose to know ithat was it...
here is a pic of the fuel rail i had on.. as you can see there are no holes as to where some fuel rails do have the holes for the gas to go thru...
before it was going well till i guess from tightening and loosening the gas nut or what ever its called for the gas line to fuel rail, well the washer between that was squashed not letting gas go thru which caused very little gas to enter...
