wont tart warm?

I have a 95 tegra se and it will only start when it is cold. I cant start it warm, i have to turn the car off and let it cool down then start it. If you can please help me anything would help. THANK YOU

change the main fuel relay.

ok how do i change the main fuel relay? Is it a ecu problem or a fuel rail/regulator problem?

Also check the water temp sensor on the side of the head. Mine was shot and I couldn't start hot either.
