Wiring question, got problems plz help..
I am running a 95 civic dx with a 97 JDM b18c engine. (95 gsr distributor)
the engine was installed and has been running fine for two years.
Recently it developed a new problem.
if I accelerate more than 15% throttle the tach on my dash goes crazy and the cars studders like I hit the rev limiter. (I have no rev limiter, chipped p28)
While the tach on my dash is going crazy the rpms on my V-afc are still correct.
if I barely touch the gas it goes up through the rpms fine.
I have already swapped out my distributor and ECM and still have same problem.
My question is were everything is wired to. the dash tach vs the V-afc?
they must be wired to separate sensors.
if the culprit is my TPS why would my dash tach be acting crazy?

I have read the other threads about how your crank position sensor could cause this. but the crank sensor is in the distributor and I have swapped out the entire distibutor with a brand new distributor and still have the same problem.. I double checked the blue wire from the distributor for a short and it is insulated well.
and there are no codes throw by the ecm..
I am thinking I have a gremlin.
