Default Wiring Problems

Soo i dont have any power to about 4-5 fuses in my 93 honda dx. The wiring under the hood is trashed its all rigged up, thats how i got the car. And also when it rains my fuel pump decides its not gunna work. Whats going on here? And i no bad wiring duh but help me out. Easy way to fix?

Easy way to fix = new harness, and it may fix everything
Right way to fix = get some wiring diagrams and chase down all your problems, then fix them. This option is cheaper

The "right way" would be, as mentioned, to replace the damaged harness.

The cheap way is the repair the damage harness, and by cheap I mean that your time is worth nothing.

Even a "large" harness from PicknPull is only $37. 94
