So while installing my AFC... I want to install (yet another) kill switch to shut off the AFC in questionable areas.

My question is... what source of power or ground can I put a switch on without having the AFC lose it's memory ?

If I switch off the ignition power... will the AFC keep it's memory on startup ?

Otherwise...would the other inputs/outputs for rpm, vtec, VTM...etc.... prevent the car from driving completely (I don't think they would)
