Default wiring help

hey i have a 99 ls integra and i was on my way to nopi at night and all the sudden my tail, license plate, and guage cluster lights go out. i understand theyre on the same circuit or whatever but none of the fuses are blown, i also have 1 10" neon tube under each side of the dash those went out too. the power for those is spliced into my ash tray light since it only turns on when my headlights, etc are on. can anyone help me w. this?

I know you said that none of the fuses are blown...

replace the 15 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box.
if that's good, replace the 7.5amp fuse in the under dash fuse box.

I mean there is two fuse boxes in your car. one under the dash (above the brake/clutch pedal), one under the hood (by the battery).
