ECU chipping
I'm running OBD0 in my CRX. I got a chip from: http://ecu.ff-squad.com. I think you can also get an OBD0 chipping kit from http://www.xenocron.com
I'm always glad to know someone else is going through the same stuff as me. You can PM me for some info if you like......

OBD0 PR3 you have to remove the orginal 28pin Chip (which is soldered in) and then you just place a new socket in the ECU and then can swap chips easier/quickly. If you have not desoldered I would strongly consider checking with someone to do it because its a solid chip with 28legs all soldered. I have seen one distroyed by someone who thought could just rip it out. Not saying you can't do it but you will need a soldering iron, desoldering iron (dont waste time with braid I had no luck with it) a ZIF or somesort of 28 pin socket and a replacement rom. Hit me up if intrested.
