Default Wire tuck gone bad.... need advice

hey guys i was doing a wire tuck on my 98 civic hatch w/k series and after i finished everything i have some problems. I have checked over and over again. Grounds, connections, any splices, and made sure all the wires are connected correctly.
1) when i turn on accessory or hid it disables the rpm gauge.
2) my car doesnt hold any charge when i remove the positive when the car is running it turns off. after 10 minutes when i start the car with a jump box it will die by itself.

could the alternator have taken a **** while i was doing the tuck? seems impossible but i just need some suggestions if any. thanks.

whats a wire tuck?

when disconnecting the battery, you're suppose to remove the negative first, and than positive, its also not wise to disconnect the battery while the car is running, your battery takes in voltage spikes.

a wire tuck is when you lengthen the wire harness and rerout it through fenderwells ect... you have to cut lengthen and solder the whole harness. makes the engine bay way cleaner. you can also remount yout fuse box under the dash or elsewhere... so if a mistake was made its hard to trace. i always learned solder connect but dont eevr wrapp and tape the wires until you confirm that everything is properly working that way if you have to source the problem you dont have to unwrap your wire loom, tape, zip ties ect.... did you solder everything and check all your grounds? one wire at a time and makes best if you can use a color system.

did you move your rpm ground? change ground locations on every ground that you messed with that may be related to the circuits that are screwing up.

i have a feeling that this is a ground problem somewhere.
