I have LS/Vetc bottom end 90 LS top is 99 Si. It is fully built for all motor by Javier. He told me to run a 93 GSR wiring harness that he will chip. Others have to me to just run a 92-95 civic EX harness. I have a 93 EX full harness should I use it and can Javier chip that one as will. Help it is almost done just debateing on which harness. Oh ya it is only race so i have a Morso switch panel and a push button start and all that good ****.

Are you talking about wire harness or ecu's. If it secu's either will be fine. If its wire harness, he means use the gsr one because itll fit without stretching any wires. Either one will suit you if installed correctly, but the gsr is the one you want.
