Wipers still chattering no matter what!
Alright guys, I've been experiencing a wiper chattering problem for a few months now and can't seem to pinpoint where the problem is coming from. At first I got new OEM wiper blades (assembly and insert). When that didn't fix the problem, I got brand new OEM wiper arms, and yet, my wipers still chatter!
Most of the time it chatters on the downsweep, however, lately, it's been chattering both ways. This is really racking my mind right now and I have no clue as to what else could be causing the problem.
I switched from Rain-x washer fluid to regular washer fluid last week, and still the same problem.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'm thinking it's the lack of tension in wiper arm spring that's causing the problem, but I'm not sure.... do brand new wiper arms need to be lubricated?
What is an acceptable lubricant to use in this case?
Jig-A-Loo? White Lithium Grease or can I use Mobil 1 synthetic grease?
