wiper relay install
when i turn my wipers off, they sit in the spot that i turned them off at rather than returning back down to being parallel with the hood. i've been told this calls for a wiper relay replacement.
ive been looking all over and all i can find were wiper relays for pre-96 hondas. im driving a 98 civic ex, if anyone can tell me where to find this thing and if the install is easy enough for a non-experienced person to do, that would be great.
and from what ive been seeing, i should be getting one for under $50..... or so i hope

The relay is part of the integrated control unit. Your problem is most likely a bad wiper motor. The internal park switches tend to break on your model.
