I was installing gauges in my car the other day and wanted to see how they worked. I turned the parking lights on and they looked AWESOME. I then turned the car to the ON position and turned the headlights on, well oddly enough the wipers went on also. The wiper switch is totally to the off position and the only goes on with the HEADLIGHTS on.. this is just crazy. Well i redid all my gauge wiring to make sure that i wasnt crossing any wires and came up with nothing. I pulled the front wiper/washer fuse and when i turn the headlights on i can hear a little click from what i would think would be the relay. Is it possible that this has shorted out somehow? are the headlights and wipers linked through the same relay?
