I believe it's 113mph, but that's not from first hand expierence

 

180 km/h ~ 111.8 mph, so roughly 111-112 mph on a stock PR3 (or any JDM Honda ECU). Unless you have a module box that allows it to be raised (double like the Field's VTEC controller) or a chip in there with a program to totally remove it, you're stuck with that cut off.

anyone know what the b16 can go to without messing up?

 

Depends on what transmission, it's a math formula that takes into account horsepower, rpms, and final drive ratio I believe.
