Default Will VAFC fix revving idle?

I just did a Y8 mini-me swap on my 92 dx. Because there was one less coolant line coming off the back of the head, I had to splice it into 2 other lines with a T splitter, the line goes to the throttle body, then IAC. I think this may have something to do with my car "hunting for idle" after it starts to get warm, only when its in Park or Neutral though. I have a Vafc waiting to go in, but I was thinking of selling it because the car runs good as is, just the idle sucks. I could use the cash from the VAFC, but if it can cure my idle then I'll install it. (I also like the idea of setting when vtec kicks in.)

VAFC can easily fix idle if it's a fuel problem. i.e. if it's running really rich at low RPMs, just set the fuel to like -10 on narrow throttle at 1000 RPM.
