Default Will i need a motor mount kit?

My D16Z6 is just over 200,000 miles and I have a offer for a ZC with 35,000 for dirt cheap. I've got a 94 EX tranny to bolt up to it. I know it drops right into a 88-91 Civic, but will it do the same in a 92-95 Civic? If it won't, what and whos' mount kit should I use?....HASport or Place Racing? Thanks.

YOu will not need a mount kit for a D-series swap(zc is d-series) but you will need an obd1 zc or convert it to obd1 for your 92-95. If your getting the zc cheap just remember that if its not obd1 you will have problems.I can get you pbd1 zc that will bolt right in if yopu want.

dont waste ur time on the zc, go get a ls motor from a 2nd gen integra, they are cheap preferably get a 92-93 so its already obd1

92-93 teg has a cable tranny, different axles than your civic.

Why not get a 94-95 LS motor? Its OBDI already and has a hydro tranny.

$! I'm giving up on trying to save all of my money to try to have the fastest car out there. I just want something with a descent amount of power. Out of my two Hondas, I'm on my fifth D Series motor. They just don't die on me. I know B Series are the same way, but for some reason all of my friends who have swapped got screwed.....bad motor, wrong ecu, VTEC cutting in and out, and the list goes on. I finally found a motor today. I'm getting a D16Z6...again. Just buying the long block, still gonna use my 93 CX tranny, Clutchmaster clutch and flywheel. And boost it. Probably Greddy. Just six or seven lbs.. I don't need all that boost power, I just love the sound of turbo. Thanks to everyone for their knowledge and friendly replys.
