Default Need help with 2 CEL's!!!!!!!!!!!

Just as the title says. I am running b16 in a 93 teg with p30 ecu and getting the code 20 (ELD): code 41 o2 heater malfunction. The helms for 93' tegs doesn't even have troubleshooting for code 20. My first question is how would I go about clearing this code???

For some reason the guy I purchased the car from was only running a single wire O2 sensor on an obd-1 ecu (go figure??) which is causing me to get the O2 heater manfunction b/c the heater isn't even hooked up. I know I need to just rewire everything so to have a 4 wire O2. But my second question is will these codes cause my motor harm or my ecu to run in open-loop mode????TIA

fuse box under the hood, fuse labeled.......Back up........take it out for a few minutes, that will clear the code, but don't worry it will come right back on with the one wire O2 sensor.

here in case you decide to wire the 4 wire sensor. not sure if this works for p30 but i don't see why.............

kind of small, forget where i put the big picture
