Default Why are my fuses blowing so quick?

Ok so. I have a 1996 gsr integra and my Heater blow moter relay fuse blew (7.5a) so I went to an autozone and bought a five pack. Went home, installed it, turned off the car and turned it back on and it was ok. Turned the car back on ten mins later and it was blown again. Out in another one drive to a friends place, turned the car offend back on again and it's blown again... Does anyone know why it's blowing so quick? I'm not in a hurry to blow another one so I'm going to hold off on the heater. But does anyone know why it's blowing so quick? Thanks!

When did this start happening?
It's called a short. Track it down.

It started happening after my heat fan blowing relay blew so my friend made a little thing to bypass that so the fan will always be on whenever the car is on. That's my guess why the moter blower fuse keeps blowing...

Hm. Ya think? How about actually fix your issues instead of rigging bypasses?

Are we talking about the blower motor, [heat and A/C] or rad fan, installing a jumper for the blower motor relay will not keep the blower motor on, the blower motor is controlled by the blower motor speed switch, [ground through resistors].

And if you mean fuse 13 -7.5A, [hot in run] in under dash fuse box, it is power for the coils of...
Rad fan relay.
Condenser fan relay.
A/C compressor clutch relay.
Blower motor relay.
Heater control panel dimming circuit.
Recirculation control motor.
Mode control motor.
A/C thermostat

The fuse is not power for the rad fan, condensor fan or blower motor, just for the relays for coils, [control].

However I do agree with grumblemarc, you should be fixing the problem, not trying to bypass it, the relays are there for a reason, bypassing them can lead to problems, like burning your car to the ground, and there is nothing an insurance company likes better then a good reason to void your insurance. 94
