Why is my car die-ing?
Ok I can't figure this out.
I have some sort of electrical problem where, after my car has been running for a bit 20+ min it starts to act up.
Here is a list of things that go wrong: From Onset, to total meltdown.
-when using the left turn signal my tach will "pulse" with signal.
-headlights start to dim (all lights on car are included dash etc...)
-Speedo will lay flat at highway speeds.
-car dies while in motion.
If I drive over a harsh enough bump everything will work fine for me for about a min then quickly start to deteriorate.
Car can be started again after it's cooled down.
This is a very intermittent problem and does not always happen like described above.
I "fixed" this problem once already by.
-Going through my harness & cleaning the connections.
-Changed the battery (even though the other one passed all tests hydrometer etc.)
-Removed alternator and had it field tested at auto zone.
-Cleaned all battery connections & bought 2 New clamps
-Cleaned all 3 ground connections
This "fixed" the problem temporarily but even after I did all this I could tell it wasn't the real problem. The car no longer shut off while running but the lights would dim.
Now the problem is coming back, I don't know what to do!!!
could this be a relay problem or some other component.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me out!

its "dying"
and there is a major ground underneath the fuse box inside the engien compartment... sometimes rotten leaves and junk in there rot out the screw or ruin its conductivity, so check that out too, and good luck, sounds like a bad ground somewhere, definitely.

Yeah - and there's a dozen more grounds everywhere else in the car. You might have to check (clean & tighten) most of them. Look for a ground point in the dashboard, near the cluster somewhere. What model/year? Someone probably knows where that is...
