whp = wheel horsepower = power at the ground
bhp = brake horsepower = power at the flywheel

Horsepower Formula
(Torque x Engine speed) / 5,252 = Horsepower

Correct. BHP means brake horsepower due to it being measured by an engine dyno which uses an engine brake to measure the resistance. WHP means wheel horsepower as it is measured on a dyno where rollers are turned by the wheels in order to measure the resistance.
