im currently debating on getting a gsr swap or a b16 swap. For those who have b16's, how do you like them? Are they solid motors? I know everyone will say go with the gsr, but remember that the extra $ i will pay for the gsr could be going into a turbo for the b16. Let me know your opinions

why dont you go ls block and si head ?? itz cheper (if you know where to look ) and you get the best of both worlds

 

I have both... save for B18. B16 feels very gutless compared the the B18. B16 is great for a cheaper alternative, but IMO B18 is the way to go. I am pretty sure that most people will agree that the GSR tranny is better for boost as well.

*I am comparing a B16 SiR I to a 95 GSR motor.
