Who is a good engine builder?

Anyone know of a good engine builder and how much they cost.....IN CALIFORNIA

Looking to get a B18C and have it built solid before I install it in the Civic EK.

No offense to anyone I appreciate the want to help but, I forgot to include I wanted something of a warranty. Just laugh and get it over with, I was thinking about JUN or JG/Edlebrock to build the engine any opinions?
