white stuff in head

white stuff in head

I just got a jdm swap and i took off the valve cover to take a look and found some white stuff all over inside. Its only ony the aluminum so im thinking its normal from sitting so longwhat shoud i do?. after i get the swap in shoud i do a oil change after about 100 miles or so to clean everything out? Thanks

White creamy stuff usually indicates oil and water mixing - maybe because of a blown head gasket. Change the oil and see if it comes back.

its little dots, do you think it could just be from water collection because of sitting for so long. i dont have the swap in yes so i cant change the oil yet. thanks

Could be condensation.
