Hello everyone.. So I've been looking around Google and other forums but can't find anything that's tells me a direct answer..
So the problem is my 92 integra.
I just got a stock b20b swapped into it last year. The motor only had 30-50k on it. I got it for JSpec up in richmond.. They pressure test it and garuntee miles between 30k-50k on all motors.
So whenever I put it in reverse and back up it pushes out white smoke. But it doesn't always happen. Only sometimes in reverse and first gear but mostly in reverse.. And the white smoke smells horrible like burns nostrils bad. Doesn't smell sweet like coolant..
Also when I start it in the morning and after I get off work the idle is super low. Like 300-500 rpm's..
It's been feeling a little bogged down or hesitant lately..
The only thing I can think of is head gasket but I've blown my share of head gaskets and it doesn't smell like that. I need to check my coolant for oil though.
But also if I leave the car idling for 30min or so the check engine light will come on.. My buddy said that it's something with the Throttle Body.. He said it's stuck wide open..
Other than that I have no idea what it could be and really need some help figuring it out..
I have a brake fluid leak but I doubt that coincides with the motor at all..
If someone can help or lead me in the right direction.

could it be break fluid leaking onto something hot and burning?

 

I know this thread is old but I have the same issue only smoking in reverse when gas is given I'm thinking pcv valve gone bad? I do have an oil leak onto my exhaust but I also think I'm leaking brake fluid onto something as well cause it's on my drivers control arm but in not loosing any brake fluid?
