Whistle noise from clutch?
my stock 95 civic makes this weird whistle noise and i just now figured that it is related to the clutch or clutch pedal linkage. i can make it stop if i slightly press on the clutch pedal. I am not engaging the clutch just pressing enough to where i would begin to engage. basicly making the pedal have no play. I have no idea what this is i thought it may just be a vibration but it does it at all speeds as far as i know/hear. the clutch works great no problems at all. does anyone have an idea as to what this is or how to fix it other than riding down the road with my foot touching the clutch pedal???
Thanks

it might be your throwout bearing. My friend had the same problem and we couldn't figure out what it was so we asked our transmission teacher at aai, cause we figured it had some thing to do with the clutch. he said it was the throw out bearing. we switched it out and the noise went away.
