where is my self diagnostics plug???

where is my self diagnostics plug???
my maintence required light is on on my 92 accord ex, and i want to find out whats up with it. but i cant find the self diagnostics plug by the ecu. the haynes manual isnt detailed enough, it says its under the kick panel which i removed, and still cant find it. help!

It should be around there, It may still be blue taped to the harness if it's never been used.
