Where does this line Go? someone help

so im rebuilding my car and i bought a 97 b18c1 gsr motor for my 97 acura integra(check my sig for pics)
but i see a line coming from the back of the TB and dont know where it goes. from the pics below i can see it connect's to another line but where does that other go to????
Ps sorry for your using your engine bay pics but they are the best i have found
Any help would be greatful or some sort of diagram too...thanx in advance

ok i somewhat understand a bit.. if it is a vacuum, whats it sucking out of the brake booster???
it's not really sucking to make air flow out of your booster, it just used to make a negative pressure (no real air flow).

wow thanks so far.. im gonna have to fix this asap as for i feel like the brakes aint working anyways mad hard to press them
could this be beause of that hose?

thanx im gonna take some pics of my engine bay so people can tell me where some other things go...

If its hard to press, your brake booster has probably failed. Check to see if that check valve is flowing the right way. It MIGHT be working against it.
