Default Where does that ground wire go?

This is something that's been bothering me for some time...that, and also because I'm very **** about my Honda (who isn't?) I was inspired to ask this question after reading an article on Hondata regarding engine grounding on the K series engine.

Anyway, on 5th gen Civics with D16 engines, there's a ground wire that goes from the frame just above the driver's side headlight to either the valve cover or that little bolt hole on top of the power steering bracket. Where it gets confusing is that I've noticed in several of pictures from my owner's manual and my Helm's manual that clash. For instance, in my owner's manual, it shows a picture of this end of the ground wire bolted to the valve cover, but in the Helm's manual it shows this end bolted on top of the power steering bracket.

So for the record, which of these 2 places is the BEST location to bolt this end of the ground wire on to? And don't be like "it doesn't matter dude, it's such a small detail" and crap. Just wondering which 1 of these 2 places it should go. TIA

It goes on the valve cover.
