once you've converted to MPFi, from what I remember...

You need change both plugs on your distributor to OBD1 spec grey plugs (color match the wires up), add an OBD1 4-wire 02 sensor, I think there's something you need to do about the service connector, you have a choice of keeping your exisiting injectors + injector plugs or converting to OBD1 spec injectors + plugs, you might need to convert/use an electronic VSS which are found on all OBD1 vehicles but I don't think you do (forgot!), and I think thats it...

OBD0-OBD1 guru's are welcome to add information to this thread...

You can repin the distributor plug as well. Basically you are wanting the same distributor plug/engine harness mating plug. Also, certain 0-1 conversion harnesses sellers do not use the match color to color distributor wiring. The instructions that come with the harness(If you buy one) should tell you. You will need to install the 4 wire O2 sensor....again the wires should be off the conversion harness if you buy one. Ground the D4 wire to check your codes. Keep your OBd0 injectors and resistor box, or change over to OBD1 clips(You can modify yours by depinning, but kinda a pita) + OBD1 injectors and solder the 5 wires that go into the resistor box together. You do not need to convert to the electronic VSS. As far as the vtec plugs, etc.....most conversion harnesses will have the wires go into the engine bay and have them labeled for your hookup. As of right now, you will need to get the connectors on your own and solder to the pigtail of the conversion harness.

IF you need anymore help let me know. Here is a link with a pic of my 0-1 harness: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=997093
