Default Wheel Weight

I've been looking around at some lighter wheels for the strip and have been eyeing a pair of Kosei K1 Racing, 15x7, 13.5lb, $129ea. Probably wrapped in the Yoko AVS ES100, $52 each. Anything is better than what came on the car. But what I want to know is if the $260 for the lighter rims is worth it or should I just save up an extra 300 or so for a pair of 8-9lb ultra-lights? And should rim weight match your power output? Kinda like slick size depending on your power or is lighter better no matter your power? My plans are to either build the zc for boost or grab a GSR for a little all motor. I'd appreciate your opinions and what you have used and liked, thanks!
