wheel bearing and axles.
1994 Accord with a JDM h22a swap, using the prelude intermediate shaft and axles.
about a month ago, i spun the axle into half, so i bought a new prelude axle. installed it and the next day i was driving the car, while turning and switching lanes i herd a screeching noise, got home put it up on jacks, had over a half inch of wheel play.
tonight i replaced the bearing. it was fine for about 2 miles then a herd a noise that sounded similar to what i herd from the wheel bearing, came up to a stop light and my brakes were nearly flat, i had to pump 2 or 3 times before they were hard again. while driving home the chirping noise progressed more and more, louder and louder.
i know prelude axles are a tiny bit longer than accord axles, would that have any effect?
my brakes were fine last week and now theyre not, could the caliper or rotor be rubbing?
a lot of play in the new bearing, so thats definitely what went out.

Are you sure you have the knuckle and axle torqued down correctly? Sounds like the wheel bearing too is not pressed on correctly.
Doesn't seem right that your bearing would have so much play so soon. How is your brake rotor? Did you do the job yourself or have a machine shop press it? Was there any scarring on the hub?
