What's the right distributor (dizzy)
Help I recently bought a swapped crx and everything seems to be good except I'm sure I have the wrong dizzy as it doesn't fit right and leaks, however the car runs decent. I was wondering if someone can give me some guidance as to what I'm dealing with and how far off I am. As far as I know I'm running a b18b1 block with a pr4-4 stamped head and a td73u distributor and an ecu that is written on for a 94 integra. I believe the motor is from a 93 ls integra. The car seems to run a bit rich but otherwise ok. Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated.
What ECU (P74, PR4, P75?) Is your car converted to OBD1? If so you'll need either a TD46U or TD55U from a 92-95 LS integra. Post pics of your distributor plugs.
Unfortunately I don't know how to post pics. The ecu is p75 and the dizzy clips are 2 white rounds into 2 white rounds. My thought is I need to get the obd0-obd1 conversion jumpers and get the td55u dizzy and bada boom. Will I just be able to plug in and go or will I have timing issues and what not. Thanks.
