Whats the best set up??

I just need some help on this... If i have a 91 CRX si shell and $3500 what would be the best set up for the money that i have?? i want to put it all twards a motor.. Should i go b16? b18? b20? Just wondering what you guys thought...

On that budget, without a doubt B16A.

Do some damn freaken research and you'll find out on your own. there are too many possiblities and veariables to answer such a open/browd question.
if you want personal opinions on what others think is the unltimate setup than your in for a loop!

sorry not trying to flame you or anything just trying to look out for you. if your new to this just get any Bseires motor.....they all can make good power
