Default What would cause Power Steering go out?

I was doing interior swap, changing fog and headlight bulb last couple days. When I tried to drive my car today, I found out the steering wheel was not turning, so my guess is steering wheel is gone. What would be happened to it? I have checked all the fuses, and they are okay. Really need help!

The power assisted steering is made possible by a belt driven pump. No electrical intervention is involved. Check you belt for condition/proper tension, fluid level, and integrity of the steering rack seals.
