what the visual diff, between obd2a/b
iam running a 98 gsr swap,..how can i tell the diff beween obd2a/b, b/c i want to do a obd2-1 conversion,....so iam not sure on what one to get...please help...just to let you know.,, i already know there diff in certain years.,,its just i would like to know the visual diff to be %100 suren the one i half to purchase

96-98 Civics are OBD2a
99-00 Civics are OBD2b
But visually, look at the ECU connectors used:
OBD2a uses A, C, and D
OBD2b uses A, B, and C
