what type of oil?

my engine has over 170,000 miles on it....what type of oil do you guys recommend i use (ie: 10w-30).....thanks.

I have a tuner friend who swears by Torco Oil.

I take his word since he prepares race cars and normally tears down the engines and also dyno's the oils in search of power gains.
