what to torque it to?

Default what to torque it to?

sup guys.. i just got a set of type r cams... however, i dont know what to torque everything back up to. once i put it back together .. so any help could be very useful ..

For the 12mm head black bolts 18-22 ft lbs
For the 10mm head gold colored bolts on the ends of the end cam caps 6-7 ft lbs
I cant remember the cam gear torque, something like 45ft lbs I think
