What size injectors recommended?

What size injectors recommended?
For a 12:1 compression setup running Toda B's? As of now, I'll be running the stock ECU until I either get a chipped on, or go standalone. I know 310's are the max on the stock ECU, however are the stock injectors ok for now until I go standalone?
