Default What is the sensor in this pic (B16)?

Directly above and to the left of the oil filter at 10 o'clock behind the wiring loom (not the arrow which is the knock sensor!)

It has two wires coming out of it (although you can only see one in the pic). One wire is White/Green and the other is Black.

Is it a older b series motor? If it is it is the fan switch.

yes are you talkin about the one with two wires? if so its the fan switch.

the rubber boot makes is hard to tell but my guess would be oil sending too.

That would be the Oil pressure switch. Thats what triggers the light on your cluster when you dont have oil.

it is a fan switch because the oil sender has 1 wire

its not the oil sender cus the sender is one wire and its off to the left side in that pic right next to the oil filter. Looks like a nock sensor to me.

easiest way would be to look in the manual and see what the White/GReen and black wires connect to what sensor. That would be the truth also. verry easy to find out.
