Default what is the problem???

heres the deal. i did a tune up on my 2000 si. changed plugs and timming belt, tensioner, cams and other stuff. today i was driving and the power felt very sluggish compared to the power i had over the past couple days. so i checked the plugs. 1,2,and 3 were clean, but 4 was.....

any help is appreciated.

Any mods? Maybe a defective plug? It broken off or melted?

i was given plugs for a vx civic. thats the problem. stupid #uckers at advance auto.
