What piston rings with your built turbo engine?
I am using the rings that came with the wiseco pistons I bought. So far I have been completely dissatisfied. I've had way more blowby than any engine should ever have. Any comments? My engine is an h22 with eagle rods, wiseco pistons, darton sleeves and ferrea valve train.
1st what indicators do you have that the problem is blowby.
2nd Did you line hone or overbore the block?
3rd did the guy who put your engine together stagger the gap on the rings

I compression tested the engine and it showed 160 across the board. I have an h22 with 8.8:1 wiseco forged pistons. I know for a fact that the rings are staggered since I watched the build from start to finish. The block was line bored as the main line went out for oiling reasons that have since been resolved. The bore is standard but has had the darton sleeves installed. Someone told me that Im just running rich...maybe Im off taerget here. Fuel pump is a walbro 255. The thing that gets me is that I have oil on my spark plugs constantly.
