what is this part leaking oil??????

I have a 96 honda acccord and at the passenger side on backside of engine there is a part bolted on to the head. well its leaking oil rather bad but no clue what it is.

sounds like distributor o-ring if the leak is in-fact attached to the cylinder head, or the VTEC solenoid.
